How do I request a quote?

You can reach out to us directly by phone or email by visiting contact us. Simply share your test requirements, and our team will get back to you with a detailed quote.

What equipment do you use for testing?

All our tests are conducted with fully calibrated, state-of-the-art equipment in environmentally controlled laboratories. Key instruments include:

  • Type-C goniophotometer and gonio-spectroradiometer for photometric measurements
  • Power meters for electrical testing
  • Thermocouples, thermometers, and thermal imaging cameras for accurate temperature monitoring
  • Data loggers to record and analyse results

This ensures every test is precise, reliable, and internationally recognised.

What is your turnaround time like?

We aim to complete testing efficiently without compromising quality. Turnaround times vary depending on the type of test and our current schedule, and your official quote will include an estimated completion time. For specific timelines or urgent requirements, feel free to contact us directly.

Do you email the finalized reports or send a hard copy?

You will be sent an electronic PDF soft copy via e-mail. All photometric tests will also include a photometric data file in the IES:LM-63-2019 format , which will be sent with the soft copy of the final report. Upon request we can also send a hard copy of test results.

Do you have examples of your test reports?

For what the test reports will look like and what information will it include, please contact us.

Would it be possible for you to include extra information in your reports?

We can add or remove items in reports provided it does not invalidate or exceed the scope of the test or our Scope of Accreditation. If you have a specific request to have a report modified before being issued, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
